Marco Brown

Marco developed an interest in art at an early age. After completing his studies, he moved to Paris for nine years where he spent his time teaching English as a foreign language, translating and interpreting in addition to practising and improving his artistic abilities. In his life Marco has also lived in England, Scotland, Belgium and France. His artistic talents are influenced by the vivid and rich colours of the Mediterranean, and Marco has travelled through the region to gain inspiration.
Marco Brown has lived in Israel since summer 2006, where he has participated in various art projects and intensive Hebrew studies. He has also attended four art exhibitions in Israel, promoting the growing arts scene in Malta. Marco has also held exhibitions in the United Kingdom, France, Russia and other countries. He plans to promote art in Malta by organising a fair of Maltese works in Tel Aviv.
Marco Brown is the Maltese representative in the Tel Aviv charity auction, Bank Hapoalim, an organisation that raises money for developing cures for AIDS. He was first selected in 2006, and has been re-invited to the 2007 auction.〔 〕
On 1 March 2011 Marco released a new (updated version of his website ), built by British web development company DigitalVibe, which Marco flew to England to finalise.
